Hello, I have activated Integrated Advanced services for a month, all graphs appear correctly but the price and graph is not moving.

Can you please advise what might be the problem?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Hello, I am not able to place order in Sierra chart for my live account. Once I place the order to SCH platform Trade simulation mode automatically switches to "on" so all trades are only as "demo".

Can you please advice?

This means that your Data/Trade Service Settings are not setup to connect to your live trading account.

AMP could have you setup for order routing with either CQG or our own Teton Order Routing Service.
