I can't figure this out. If I close a trade for a profit the Profit/Loss columns displays the amount of profit, the FlatToFlat Max Open Profit shows the amount but the FlatToFlat Max Open Loss is always $0.00. Vice versa if the trade is a loss.

That would be the case if the trade never ended up in a losing/winning position while you were in it.

I understand that, see the image attached where I highlighted the trades are clearly going in the other direction against my position yet still show $0.00

The only way to understand exactly what is happening is to not use the Flat to Flat option on the trade activity log: Trade Activity Log: Edit >> Flat to Flat Display for Trades List Disable that. Seems like something else is going on see attached, price clearly going above/below position but still only displaying Entry Price as the High/Low. I disabled Flat to Flat Display (although I have had that on for years with no issues) but the Flat To Flat Max Open Profit/Loss is still 0.00. |

We will have to look at this. Our initial testing shows no problem with the high and low during position values.

I saw a couple other mentions of similar issue in other posts. I was looking through my logs and about a month ago I switched my service/symbols from CQG to Denali (had always been using Denali feed just switched symbols from broker). Since then I've noticed the issue and logs look like they verify that. Something to do with the switch/migration of symbols? |

We cannot reproduce this issue. The recording of the high and low data during a position, so long as Sierra Chart is connected to the data feed or you are using chart replay, works properly. This has nothing to do with symbols. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
