I have gone through all of the recommendations listed here Incorrect Date and/or Time Display, Missing Historical Intraday Data, Chart Not Updating . None of these seemed to help. My pc time is correct, the time zone in SC is set to what I want it to be but still SC is 4 hours ahead of me.

That error just means that Sierra Chart does not have Administrator privileges to change the computer clock. But your clock is only off from the exchange by 1.014 seconds, to this is not an issue. It has to be something with your Time Zone settings. Start with the Global Time Zone (Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings) and make sure it is set as you want. Then look at a specific chart that has the time wrong and check the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Time Zone". Our guess is that this is not set to the "Global Time Zone" and is set to something different. Change this as you need (if you want all charts to use the same time zone, then set it to be "Use Global Time Zone").
