I have an SC spreadsheet that I monitor to watch momentum on certain tickers. The problem I have with it is the data is moving too fast and making it hard to watch. Is there a way I can tell SC that for one of the columns of my choosing, only refresh the formulas every 5 or 10 seconds? |
