It looks like Sierra Chart is installed in the Program Files folder? If so, that is the source of the problem. Sierra Chart will not function correctly there. Sierra Chart will write into its own folder and a subfolder and that is not allowed in the Program Files Folder by the Windows operating system. It seemed to me that you could install it there as long as you did not have the folder as read only.
