I have activated my account and have Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts and CME non-professional top-of-book. Do I need anything else for the number bars to populate?

You should be fine, particularly since you are on an Advanced package, which is required in order to use the Numbers Bars study.

What exactly is occurring when you add the Numbers Bars study? Can you please give us a screenshot by following these instructions:

i am trying to get the number bars on my sierra chart , but its doesn't seem to be activating. i get a error message saying the service package does not support this package. but i purchased package 10

You need to be on package 11 or 12 for the number bars.
