I want to set the TPO chart value profile for the IB in Points rather than tics. Is there a way to do this?

There is not a way to do this directly in the TPO Chart. You would have to use another chart for the same symbol and use the "Initial Balance" study to get the High and Low of the Initial Balance. Then you can use the Arithmetic Studies or a Spreadsheet Formula or Spreadsheet to calculate the Initial Balance in Points. You can then overlay that to your TPO study chart and have it in another region. You can set it to display at Text and set the range for the scale to be very large so the numbers are all aligned.
