I got an email that I will have only live data till the 19th due to not having a live account I have an accoun t with Stage 5. I changed laptops looks like I dont have it.
Please advice, why sierra shows AC134601 not having a live account.

You have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your Stage 5 account in order to update the "Verified Until" date. It is not enough to just have the account, you actually need to connect to it at least once a month. Refer to the following:
