OPEN GL Scaling in TPO Study

Open gl

In my particular case the global graphic setting using open gl does not allow the tpo study , “Letter Font Sze” =0 , to resize the scaling of the tpo letters. When I disable this then it works correctly.

We just want to ensure we have the correct flow for what you are stating.

When you have the Input for the TPO study for "Letter Font Size" set to "0", which means "Auto-Scale" then when you change the scale range up or down, the font size for the letters in the TPO are not changing? Be sure to try a very large scale change, way beyond what you would normally do, and see if it works.

We just tried the above with OpenGL enabled on the latest release, and we are not seeing an issue.

If the workflow you are describing is different, then we need to understand what your workflow is.

I thought I sent this so if repeat apologize in advance. Yes the size of the letters do not scale larger along with the number scale on the right side, with the open gl on. The spacing increased just not the letters and or the numbers (price).

To begin with, there is an issue with the Fonts and OpenGL that we are looking into.

But, we are not understanding the images you provided as it relates to the TPO setting for "Letter/Font Size" set to '0'. Attached are two images with different scale ranges. This is what is supposed to occur when that is set to 0, as you increase the Scale Range, the font size of the letters gets bigger.

Are you having an issue with this?

No the auto scaling works properly when open gl is off, and not when it is on. This is the first time I have seen a problem with the open gl, I have been using it for a long time.

When auto scale and open gl on, the letters change size barely , and the price stays in smaller font, along with the volume in the vbp study, smaller font. Then make the swtich to open gl off, and the autoscaling works perfectly, enlarging everything from letters to volume to scale (price).
Like you mentioned it is probably something with the fonts and open gl.
This is not a super high priority, as it works and sizes properly when open gl is off , I just thought when I saw the first post about this problem I would show the problem I ran into.

We will have to wait and see when the OpenGL and font issue is resolved if this resolves your issue. If not, then let us know.
