i copied all my data from one computer to another and had a successful transfer except for some reason my laptop that i copied the data to is telling me that i need to rollover the september emini futures contract, and my desktop is still not tell telling me to rollover. I dont think the september contract is even expired? I have both computers set to continous futures contract- volume based rollover, and have tried dissconnecting ect.. The other strange thing is that my desktop as i write this is showing this emini contract, specifically esu23_fut_cme, at 4468.75, while at the same moment my laptop is telling me the exact same same symbol is at 4480.75. So something is obviously not right here. I check the rollover settings in general settings/windows/symbol, and they are both set the same on each computer, im stumped. Thanks ahead of time!

You are not going to be able to receive, real-time data on both computers at the same time. One of them would not be updating or would be receiving delayed data.

Also refer to this option regarding an indication for a volume-based rollover:
General Settings Window: Detect Rollover Of Current Futures Contracts Symbols Based On Real Time Volume (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Symbol)

so, is it possible to recieve real time data on both computers at the same time? i thought i read somewhere that this is possible but that i need to pay the exchange twice? so in other words do i just pay the exchange again, from the new computer? or is this really not even possible to have data on both at the same time. sorry i admit i didnt look into this much i thought i read as long as it was only 2 computers that this was possible. thanks

You can get our Denali data to both computers at the same time if you pay a second exchange fee. Refer to the information/instructions at the following link:
