Errors on OCO stop move

Multiple times today I saw errors in my trade service log when trying to move stops for open trades using Rithmic.

The stops would not move when these errors showed up, and I had to cancel them and close the trades with new orders.

It looks to be happening after I have more than 1 set of OCO orders open for a ticker. I don't think it happened when there was just a single set of OCO trades open for a ticker.

Ideas on what to test/do to resolve this?

You need to contact Rithmic or your broker for help with this. Sierra Chart has no control over this or any idea about this.

I dont believe you can have and OCO order placed and then add another OCO (same symbol), if your trying to scale in (is what I am assuming). If this is your problem, you need to have 'scale in" checked to allow scaling in. You can then do orders without OCO and it will place stop of scale in position into where your stop is, combines them all together. I start OCO, then I pick how many contracts I want I will scale in with and make sure it is not set to any type OCO. It is overall pretty easy once you try it couple times.

This is not true:
I dont believe you can have and OCO order placed and then add another OCO (same symbol),
There can be any number of orders existing. This is not a problem within Sierra Chart and Rithmic should have no trouble with this either.
