my "Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type" is set to 365, but it's only loading until 3-3-2023, that's not even almost 200days, i'm using nas100 atm

You need to use a Continuous Futures Contract. I want to use NASDAQ 100 index(nas100) under CFD - FXCM can you please tell me if is this part of "Denali Exchange Data Feed Nasdaq Global Indexes"? if not can you tell me what kind of service I need to purchase for me to have a live feed?

Our apologies, we thought were were using the NASDAQ 100 Index from the CME Group. The real time data for the NAS100 is available from us at no extra cost, the data comes from FXCM. It is not part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you do not need to worry about the Continuous Contract. Rather, refer to the following: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

for the live feed, the service I've selected is "SC DATA - ALL SERVICES" is this the correct one to have the live feed for NAS100? if not can you refer me to a link? very much appreciate your help for me, your getting me out of the rabbit hole, you're so awesome

"SC Data - All Services" will work to get the real-time data for CFDs. Are you still having an issue getting data further back? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
