Unable to trade using CQG WebAPI

I am not able to get real-time data for trading. I believe I already paid for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. I used to be able to trade with my trading account back in May 2023, but now I am getting "Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbols F.US.CA6U23. ID:3. Please help. Thanks |

That message will come up if you are trying to get data for the CME Group or EUREX from CQG. We do not have support for these exchanges from CQG, therefore you would have to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for this data. We see you have activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data, so you should not be having any issues at this time. If you are still having a problem then let us know.
