Trying to activate CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. When I click on activate there seems to be no option for activating the free trail. """"" You will be charged 11.5 USD for the real-time data from the CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts exchange from this moment until September 30. You will be charged the 11.5 USD next month on October 1 unless you deactivate the exchange. Press Activate to confirm. """"" I have looked over the requirements and seem to meet them all, not sure why the free trial is not offered to me. Thanks |

Please go ahead and activate the exchange. You should not be charged for it, as it is the first time you will be activating an exchange for the CME Group on our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you do get charged, or if it will not let you do this without the funds in your account, then let us know and we will reimburse you or give you the necessary funds. Keep in mind that the exchanges renew on the first day of each month, so you will need to have at least $11.50 in your account prior to October 1, 2023 in order for the exchange to automatically renew on that day.
