Hello support team I've been trying for a long time to achieve the setting that a discontinued buy-sell is connected together with the line. Unfortunately, as can also be seen in the picture, the line is connected to a purchase or sale that was placed far in the past? Can you please explain the correct procedure to me bitterly. Thanks for your help in advance. |

Your connecting line between the fills is present, it is just not connecting the correct fills together. The reason for this is that you have a missing fill somewhere, so the system starts with the first fill and connects to the next and so on - but if one is missing then it gets out of order. You can manually insert the missing fill, if you can figure out where it goes, by following these instructions: Trade Activity Log: Manually Inserting Missing Order Fills The other option is to force a "starting date and time" for when the order fills are loaded into the chart, then as long as the missing order fill is prior to that date and time, then you will not have this issue.
