Can you please run me through the steps for renewing membership of the platform together with market data subscription as its been a while.

The instructions for adding funds and selecting a Service Package are at the following link:

For the data, you already have an active exchange option for the CME Group. Although today is the last day for this (as they renew on a calendar month basis), and unless you add funds to your account today, the exchange will not renew tonight.

Regardless of the above, since you have already signed the agreements, you would just need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. The exchanges for the CME Group can be found here:

Just keep in mind that in order to be able to connect to a trading service and to be able to get real-time data, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the packages information here:
