My live trade dissapears

I had no issues with Sierra for the first month. Today I start trading and I see how my live trades dissapears after a few seconds. My orders are still there but as soon as I'm in, I can't see it. I didn't make any changes at all just a new day. please help

This can be a problem when using Interactive Brokers.

Keep in mind when we say it is free - that is our part of the order routing that is free (you will still pay the typical fees to the broker). Typically order routing fees run $0.08 to $0.15 per side. There are no other fees from us, particularly since you are already getting your data from us.

In terms of setup, the first thing is to tell the broker that you are working with to set you up with the Teton Order Routing Service. They will need your Sierra Chart Account Name to do the setup. Once they have this complete, then you will go through the Setup Instructions at the following link starting at Step #6:

Hey guys! I moved my trading to Phillip Capital (through Edge Water). Trying to use it but something is not right. When I open a chart through Teton, there is no Data coming in and there is no [M] even if on IB there is the [M]. Is there anything else I still need to do?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

You need to translate the symbols with this Edit menu command:

the translate button doesn't do anything. I had to rebuild each chartbook 1 by 1. That's probably the same issue with IB.
