HI . The denali exchange data feed is set to renew at 2023/8/30 in my account . should i deposit the needed fund in my account for the renew or wait and purchase it manually at the first day of the new month ? because as i remember once the support told me that for example if i buy the data feed at 20th day of the month , the data is only for 10 days . and that's why i should purchase the data at the beginning of the month |

What is actually renewing is the Service Package. You can add funds to your account any time now to cover the cost of that renewal. Alright . so what about the data feed ?. should i wait and purchase it manually ? or let it renew automatically at 30th ? i just wanna know if it renew at 30th , do i have the data for a full month or just 1 day ? |

The data feed renews on the first day of each month. Just like the with the Service Packages, you want to have the funds in your account prior to the renewal of the exchange (so prior to the first day of each month). The issue of activating an exchange and paying the full amount for the remainder of the month is only an issue when you are first activating an exchange. Now that you have it activated, you want to have the funds in your account to allow for the automatic renewal.
