Hi Sierra chart, I have refer to the Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement and created a Funded Edge Clear Dorman account to qualify for Non professional CME group. I tried to connect to my Dorman account but I got the Message: No Trade Account assgined I have purchased the the CME Data but am still getting the delayed data, Please help. The error "No Trade Account Assigned" means that either your account has not been fully setup yet, or that it was not setup correctly (something wrong with the Account Name). You need to check with your broker to verify if everything has been completed and done properly.

In general, you do have to have a Service Package active in order to use Sierra Chart. In order to be able to get real-time data and to be able to connect to a trading account, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages, which you currently are. Hi Sierra charts, I would like to know if my AMP futures account is verified. Because while going to the activating page of the Denali data feed, the “verify trading account” sections shows : was verified till :0000-00-00 [expired]. Therefore, is their a problem or is it just normal for now ? |
