Hello, I have packahe 11 and I am using denali data feed to trade with my live accoun, my Broker is AMP Futures. This works fine. The issue comes when I try to trafe with my Apex evaluation account....an error pops up saying than permission is denied. I red the "easy solutions" on your page but I am not able to fix it out....what do I have to do to to make it work properly? Thank you for your help. Jon. |

We are not sure if you looked at the correct section. For the Permission Denied error from Rithmic, refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure If you are getting the data you need for your APEX trading from our Denali feed, then remove Username/Password information in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" for the Rithmic data as you do not need this, and typically the Permission Denied is due to that information.
