Hello, I was charged 36 and 12 for data. I was under the impression I was supposed to be on a trial until the first of the month. But regardless why would I be charged for both and not just one?

You were never charged anything. You added $36.00 and $12.00 to your account. These funds were added by you through our Payments Page. The $36.00 was used to activate Package 10 on 2023-08-15 at 18:28:36 UTC. The $12.00 has not been used for anything. Those funds are in your Services Surplus with us. You have activated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts", which has a cost of $34.25, but since you have not used our Denali Exchange Data Feed previously for the CME Group data, you are getting the remainder of this month for free for that exchange. But, you still need to fill out the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" properly in order to be able to continue to get the data. Make sure you enter your broker or FCM when asked for the FCM, and also enter your Account Number for that account.
