Hello when I use my simulated trades it goes through but once I try using my actual money it does not go through. My current account is funded with 100 dollars on Iron Beam. I am trying to buy 1 contract to the E micro- mini S&P 500. Is there a reason why it is not going through?

After you try to place the trade check the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see what it states. You can copy and paste the information from that log to this thread for us to take a look. Given the value of your account, you are probably not setup to trade with your broker. But to know for sure, we need to see the entire "Trade >> Trade Service Log" after you try to place a trade and it fails. The line you gave us is just one line, we need to see the entire log. The message in the log that states "Teton CME Order routing (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error - Insufficient Account Value (NLV) for margin for order. Margin needed for symbol: 1232.00 USD..." Gives you the information. You definitely do not have the necessary funds to trade this symbol. You need to ask your broker about the requirements they have to trade.
