Hi I have started to use numbers bars but I am unable to keep the current price on my screen, it either moves of my screen to the upside or downside depending on market direction. My searches of the help files, old/new message boards have not provided a solution. Can you help please. Thanks John |

Reset the scale by selecting Chart >> Reset Scales. Also, refer to the scaling information here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_NumbersBars.php#Scaling Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hi again Many thanks for your response, I tried those solutions a few times without success. Do you have any other solutions I might try or is this a programming fix. All other chart types keep the current price within view on the charts I do not understand how numbers bars can be different. Regards John |

You need to make certain that the Scale Range Type is set to Automatic. We added 2 additional steps here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_NumbersBars.php#Scaling Please refresh the page for the updated content. Another thing that may help is to use Constant Range for the Scale Range Type in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Scale. This is documented here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_Scaling.html#ScaleRange Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Many thanks, the Constant Range solution seems to have done the trick. The chart was very jumpy as each tick came in. Setting the Constant Range Scale Last Value in View option seems to smooth this out considerable. Great solution, once again many thanks John |

Another solution might be to set the Scale of all the Region 1 studies to Same As Region.
