Binance Futures Volume Data - overflow issue with 10k multiplier?

Have seen this marked #wontfix elsewhere, and I understand the multiplier is set at 10,000, but even when dividing this using an ACSIL study the volume is not accurate. Is there an integer overflow issue somewhere? Can this be fixed? The Binance data feed is much less useful without accurate volume, could the volume be converted to USD server-side to avoid the integer issue?
