Bld 36 bug - ControlBar1 also how to adjust new ability of font in Chart Trade Window

I have on the right of my charts ControlBar_1. In Bld 36, as you can see from the attachment, part of the system thinks it is there and other don't. As a test, I can add other control bars and they appear and right click brings up menu relative to CBs. I am able to check/uncheck CB1 from the Window menu/ControlBars, and it takes away / brings up the blank black region instead of the control bar. I downloaded to Bld 28 again, and all is good. I tried to install a 2nd time with same results. I'm going back to Bld 28 for now. In the forums you posted Bld 36 handles fonts better so we can get a bigger font on the Chart Trade Window. Please advise what option I change with Global or other place. I really hope it is a separate option, so I can leave the rest of my visuals as they are. Let me know if you want any other info. We do see the issue with the Control Bar, but it is not that it is not showing, it is actually attached to the Left when you say to attach it to the right, and it does create a space on the right for it, but you can still access it on the left. And this is only true for Detached charts. The information regarding the fonts does not state anything about the Trade Window. There has not been any change related to the Trade Window.
