Hello, I am currently generating the formula in box AB3, I am putting the formula just as indicated and it gives me an argument error.

The formula that I am working on in the BUY entry or SELL ENTRY is the following, in this case I put the example of the Buy entry
I have also tried putting it at the end of the line and it doesn't work, do you have any idea what it is?

=AND (OR(CROSSFROMBELOW (ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5, ID7.SG1@3:ID7.SG1@5), CROSSFROMBELOW ( ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5, ID7.SG2@ 3:ID7.SG2@5), CROSSFROMBELOW ( ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5, ID3.SG3@3:ID3.SG3@5)),O3,Q3,X3,Y3,AK3,AZ3,AO3 ,AT3,AF3)

On a quick glance, if this is an exact copy of what is entered, the one problem is that there is a space between the '@' sign and the number 3 in the second CROSSFROMBELOW() function.

Hi John!

I am trying to put this formula =ID1.SG1@3 + $J$21 * 2, theoretically I am trying to make an entry signal around a breakout, many times a signal happens just a few ticks after a breakout in the same candle or a candle later, to achieve this I use this formula in cell AC3, I tried this formula putting it like this

=AND (OR(CROSSFROMBELOW (ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5, ID7.SG1@3:ID7.SG1@5, AC3:AC5), CROSSFROMBELOW ( ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5, ID7.SG2@3:ID7.SG2@5,AC3:AC5), CROSSFROMBELOW ( ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5, ID3.SG3@3:ID3.SG3@5,AC3:AC5)),O3,Q3,X3,Y3,AK3,AZ3,AO3 ,AT3,AF3)

And it does not work, I also tried putting only AC3, and putting AC3 together with the Q3 formulas, etc.

Thanks

This last formula has 3 arguments in the CROSSFROMBELOW() functions, you can only have 2.

Do you think a formula could be made that describes four tiks above or below VA? I can't think of any other solution

Try this:
=AND (OR(CROSSFROMBELOW (ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5, ID7.SG1@3:ID7.SG1@5), CROSSFROMBELOW (ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5,AC3:AC5), CROSSFROMBELOW ( ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5, ID7.SG2@3:ID7.SG2@5),CROSSFROMBELOW (ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5,AC3:AC5), CROSSFROMBELOW ( ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5, ID3.SG3@3:ID3.SG3@5),CROSSFROMBELOW (ID0.SG4@3:ID0.SG4@5,AC3:AC5)),O3,Q3,X3,Y3,AK3,AZ3,AO3 ,AT3,AF3)

@Sawtooth

One question because if I put AC3:AC5 in all the CROSS it gives an ARG error, theoretically it shouldn't happen?

The CROSSFROMBELOW function only allows 2 ranges.
