cant activate my trial

hey, i have tried to activate my trial but didnt receive the sms. i tried many times till getting this error:
{"ERROR":"Failed to send code to number. Maximum number of SMS messages already sent to Sierra Chart account using different SMS numbers. Further tries not allowed."}
