Hello, I am an ES futures trader that is currently using only Jigsaw, but I would like to add Sierracharts to my trading edge. I would like to use the same data and broker for both services. I use CQG's live level 2 data feed and AMP futures as my broker. I read that there has been trouble with using CQG data for Sierrachart, could you elaborate on this? If I switch over from CQG to Sierrachart's Denali Feed, could I use that for Jigsaw? If I were to execute on Sierrachart, could I use AMP as my broker? Could I use Denali's execution on Jigsaw? Thanks for your help. Charles |

We do not have support for CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. Also, our Denali Exchange Data Feed only works with Sierra Chart. Therefore, if you are going to run both Sierra Chart and Jigsaw, then you would need to get the data from CQG for Jigsaw and from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your Sierra Chart. You can use Sierra Chart with AMP and using CQG for the order routing. If you are only trading the CME Group, then you could have AMP set you up to use the Teton Order Routing service with Sierra Chart and use CQG for Jigsaw. We do not understand the question of "Could I use Denali's execution on Jigsaw?", but we think it should be answered in the above. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

First, we want to point out that your "Verified Until" date is currently "August 24, 2023", so this will be expiring soon. You will need to connect to your CQG account with AMP in order to update this date for another month. In terms of real-time data, you should be getting real-time data for symbols that are traded on the CME Group, as you have that exchange setup and everything about your account looks good. If you are having an issue getting real-time data for the CME Group, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi, I am aware that Sierra do not support data from CQG for CME products. Whenever i switched to CQG login, even i already allowed data support from SC (setting according to instructions), i still enable to get data feed. Can you assist me in this matter?

I switched the symbol to F.US.EPM24 instead of using ESM24-CME and the data feed suddenly working, live quotes and chart. Just to clarify with you, is this the correct symbol i should use (F.US.EPM24)?

F.US.EPM24 is a CQG symbol and the symbol that needs to be used when using CQG.

You are setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. To know if you are getting the data from us look for an '[M]' after the symbol name in the chart header. This tells you that the data is from us. You can not be getting the data from CQG for the CME Group, as we do not have support for this.
