getting error while connecting to Rithmic

Hi, for some reason today I started to have an issue with SC. as u see in the attached pic, I am getting "Reconnect Wait" however I think its already connected because the data is downloaded. I even opened new chart-book as u see and downloaded new ticker (to avoid having SC reading from already downloaded data) The message log opened by itself and gave the below message (in case it help) Reading Internal Order ID file. | 2023-08-13 05:19:31.468
