Custom Symbol not getting historical data

I have a custom spread symbol that I want to look into historically because both legs are expired. How do I load the historical data to see this? Currently i'm getting an FSE at the end. Attached are some screenshots

Are you able to see historical data for those symbols individually when you open charts for them? i only have historical data for part of the period, ending in 5/30 for some reason. Is there a way to get exact dates for historical data that I need?
