Hello, I would like to uncheck the "Safe Mode" option during the login control. But when I do "exit" and relaunch using the shortcut on my system, I directly access Sierra Chart without triggering the login prompt and therefore without being able to access the possibility of unchecking "Safe Mode". How could I solve the problem?

There is always the login prompt: I directly access Sierra Chart without triggering the login prompt and therefore without being able to access the possibility of unchecking "Safe Mode".
Maybe you are not seeing it. It should show up somewhere on your system.

Ok, now i unchecked "Safe Mode"; but i still have "No studies authorized" in "Third Party Studies Enabled For Account". I'm not sure I fully understand the documentation for installing a customized indicator in the form of a .dll file. |

What exactly is your question with regards to a custom indicator? Did you create one yourself? If so, did you use our remote compiler? Do you have a custom indicator from someone else? Did you put the .dll file in the Data folder under your main Sierra Chart installation? Do you need help with how to actually access the study? for this, refer to the following: How to Use an Advanced Custom Study or a Study Collection: How to Use an Advanced Custom Study Provided To You For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Put the DLL file in the C:\SierraChart\Data folder on your system. Then start with step 5 here: How to Use an Advanced Custom Study or a Study Collection: How to Use an Advanced Custom Study Provided To You Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
