i cant donwload market depth, even if i use download depth data from date-time. my setting should be right --> https://prnt.sc/JCqWU5xQCKnT , https://prnt.sc/O28IvtywdhI_ , and i also allow sierrachart to download data , so what am i doing wrong?

Are you getting the current Market Depth data? If you are having an issue with the live market depth data, then we need to start there.
