Hello, for some reason when I linked multiple Apex accounts, they’re saying it did 10 contracts instead of what my main account of 2 did. I triple checked every single account to make sure it said 2 contracts per trade. Two of my accounts were closed because of this. They told me to contact you guys. I am attaching screen shots of my emails.

There are no images attached. Are you referring to using the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts option, or were these trades made directly with each account? Keep in mind with the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts, you can specify a multiplier per account. In the end, you will have to look at the "Trade >> Trade Activity Log" and see what quantities are specified there. This will tell you the quantities that were actually sent over. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

My phone is not letting me upload the screen shot of the emails right now. But yes I’m referring to order allocation. I connected 4 accounts to my main one, and triple checked them to make sure none of them are set to anything bigger than 2 lots. And checked again after this.

I think they attached. Please review and let me know what’s going on. As I said, I had these accounts to trade exactly the same. But for some reason either Sierra chart or apex is making it so that I traded 10 contracts.

You have to look at the "Trade >> Trade Activity Log" and see what quantities are specified there. This will tell you the quantities that were actually sent over. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity Also, double-check the Multiplier that is set for the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts for each account and make sure it is set to 1. What is the best way to view and change the quantities and multipliers for each account if need be?
