Hi, I have filled the CME non-professional certification and Uniform Subscriber agreements. You need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your trading account. You need to do this at least once a month, as we use this as monthly verification of your "non-professional" status. If you stay connected to your live trading account at all times, then the "verified until" date will continuously update and you do not need to think about it. We see that you have recently connected, as your "Verified Until" date is now September 2, 2023.
