Volume By Price Study - Specified Volume Limited by Data Issue

On an aligned 8 Renko chart, I've applied this study with the "Specified Volume" setting which apparently stops price when data is greater than 30 days. Is there a workaround for this? My objective is to have this on a Main Trade Execution Chart that includes the POC, VAH, and VAL (extended until touched) based on the Specific Volume (45000) along with a second Volume Profile study set for 120 days (120 days only on this chart). BTW, I have 5 additional charts utilizing this same setup. For example; 32 Renko (70 days) which does not stop the price. Please advise, thank you very much!

It sounds like you do not have enough data loaded in your chart, or that you are not using a Continuous Futures Contract, so you are getting the older data, but the volumes are so low as to have no impact.

In either case, refer to the following:

Interesting, yet it seems as though more data is stopping the price.

It appears there's a conflict with another study somewhere. I'll deduct what that is now. Ugh... Thanks!

The issue appears on Chart #3. What's strange is everything works fine in replay mode which is represented by the last 15 minutes of the log below.

What does this mean:
which apparently stops price

If the chart is not updating, refer to help topic 3:

The price on all charts literally stops moving. Stops updating.

I've looked through the documentation and I'm stumped. It works on Replay even on the same day but not Live. Is there anything we can see from the Message Log? Any ideas?

Are your charts in a continuous loop of recalculations?

High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.9 References to Other Charts / Continuous Full Recalculation of Charts

Yes refer to:

And look at the messages we extracted from the Message Log in post #8.

They're looping because I have a recalculation study updating an otherwise choppy "Study Subgraphs Average - Multiple" study utilizing 6 other MTF "Study/Price Overlays" positioned at the beginning of the "Studies to Graph" directory.

>>> I'm trying to apply what yall are saying but what still has me stumped is that this problem does not exist in Replay Mode. Why would everything work perfectly fine (after adding the Volume at Price/specified volume) in REPLAY MODE but not LIVE??? <<<

We do not know why things would work in Replay but not live, although it could be the way you are using the replay. But it really does not matter. The point is that you need to solve the issue that you are having, which may involve a Circular Reference.

Well, I guess I can limit the data to 30 days (which does work in Live Mode) until something is discovered. Thank you, everyone, for your effort!
