DOM Window Title says Delayed even though I'm live.

Hello, I just completed setting up my trading account with Edge Clear and Philip Capitol. I believe on my charts that I am now receiving live data and that I can start trading with real money now. I can see my account number in the trading window. When I open up a DOM, it still says "Delayed" in the window title bar even though it seems to be perfectly in sync with my charts. How can I fix this? Thank you |

You have not activated any exchanges for our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group in order to get the real-time data. You can activate the exchange(s) you need at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Since the exchanges are not pro-rated, you will want to wait until tomorrow (August 1, 2023) prior to activating any exchanges, otherwise you will pay the full price for the month for the remainder of today, and then pay again tomorrow to enable the data through August. Thank you, I don't now why it seemed like my data was live yesterday. I swore the time was up to date and that on my charts it didn't say "delayed" but this morning it does. I activated the data feed and all is well, thank you.
