Hi I just bought Denali - Service 10 package. However, when i connect with my AMP brokerage account, it shows error message with no data (see attached) Please help. |

Are you still seeing these errors? We see that you do have the necessary exchanges active. Be sure to deactivate what you do not need: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes.
