Error with P&L on FGBLU23

Hi

I have noticed some errors with the P&L column on the Trades (Activity Log).

The Tick size appears to be calculating wrong for Product FGBLU23.

i.e. It looks like the decimal place is wrong 0.04 should be 0.40

I've noticed the the symbol setting commission has also reset to 0. Will that be updated or do I need to add it myself on symbol settings?

That does not make sense, every tick should be equal to €10.

There should never be a profit or loss less than €10.

Hi

I have re-visited this issue but still not sure with something.

When I have my Data Service on Teton / Denali , I get a P&L for some trades of -1k approx but when I switch services to an APEX Evaluator, the same trades show a P&L on -0.96 cents.

I have refreshed the symbol settings from Server in the Global settings and have Refreshed the Log.

Do I need to manually adjust anything in the symbol settings when switching services as I thought it would work by Refreshing from Server ?

The symbol is FGBLZ23-EUREX and yes it should be in equivalents of 10 Euro per tick.

The problem you have depends upon the symbol. If the exact symbol is not supported for the service selected, the profit and loss will not be accurate.
