DOM setup....Passive orders?

HI I'm trying to build a DOM window in Sierra but I noticed the passive orders only show one at a time instead of seeing the whole book (using Denali Data). I have a side by side comparison with Quantower DOM using CQG data. Another thing, the quantity is higher with Quantower showing 3 digits numbers in the passive/ aggressive order, but Sierra is showing me smaller numbers. |

The exchange that you have active does not include the Market Depth data. In order to see the "passive orders" you need to activate an exchange that includes the "Market Depth" data. You can change your exchange options at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Since the exchanges are not pro-rated and they do not give refunds, and since we are so close to the end of the month, you will want to "Deactivate" the exchange you have currently as soon as possible (today preferably), as this will set that exchange to not renew on August 1, 2023 (the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis), but you will continue to get the data from that exchange through the end of the month. Then before you get started trading on August 1, activate the new exchange(s) you want at the link given above. The new exchange(s) will be available immediately. You do not have access to market depth data. You are not seeing market depth data for the CME. You are only seeing one level. The other numbers you are looking at we are not sure what they are, but they are not market depth quantities. They are different.
