Hello, I have been trading via interactive brokers GC ES NG ... for weeks without any problems, but now all of a sudden there is no data reception. no market data permissions for ...gc es ng... no. If I switch back to SC Data, data can be received. But when setting my IB and symbol change, it is no longer possible to receive current data. EUREX data (FDAX,EST..) always works. Can you help me? Thank you for your efforts. |

For some reason your "Verified Until" date is currently set to "July 24, 2023". Therefore, you are no longer allowed to get the data for the non-professional exchanges for the CME Group (EUREX does not have this requirement, which is why you are not having an issue with EUREX). The reason we are a bit confused is that you state that you are connecting to your Interactive Brokers account, therefore your "Verified Until" date should have been updated. Please try connecting again to your Interactive Brokers account, and be certain you are connecting to your live account, not a paper trading account.
