Datafeed connection problems

Dear Support Team,

I have sent a copy of my message log via 'Send for Analysis'. The reason is because overnight my datafeed stopped updating. To catch up all the data I had to disconnect from the datafeed and then reconnect. Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

No so far today. However it happened overnight last night, so I will see if it happens again tonight. Obviously with studies running 24h per day such behaviour isnt ideal so I wondered whether you'd be able to diagnose the issue from the log.
