Hello,

I recently purchased the service package 11 which appears to include the Denali exchange data feed. However, I am unaware of how to access this feature as my Futures charts are still delayed.

What broker do I need to have access to live /MES or /ES trading data? and/or what real-time data feed do I need to purchase to have access to this data?

Make sure you understand, from the link given previously, that the CME Group has a requirement that in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account.

Then you need to be connected to that account at least once a month to verify your non-professional standing, which needs to be updated at least monthly.

Sierra Chart supports Interactive Brokers directly, and most brokers that use CQG or Rithmic for their order routing. We also have our own Order Routing Service (Teton Order Routing Service) that is used by some brokers, the list for these are at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Service at the following link:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions

If you already have a broker, then let us know who it is and what order routing service you are setup to use with them, so we can then direct you to the proper instructions to connect to that broker.

Once the above is worked out, then you can activate the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group by following these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
