Update Sierra Chart to the current version by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. This is not the problem but you are running a significantly older version. Contact your broker and let them know you are getting this error message: Symbol Error - FDAX-201409-Eurex is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. FIX message: Product not assigned a gateway: Entry #1

finally got it fixed today. Support from AMP found a problem with historical eurex data. They deleted all stored data and reloaded it . That fixed the problem thanks |
