[Programming Help] - Custom Study disappears off charts

I have been using a custom study supplied by Emini Trader which I download every morning that shows support & resistance zones graphicly on my ES charts. Over the last few months the study will load and show up on the chart and then disappear for some unknown reason. Sometimes it will disappear randomly others when I click on fills or switch to overnight sesson or vise versa. The creator of the study looked into it and said it is not on their side. I am using 2 new powerful computers laptop and desktop and it happens on both. Is there a setting or something that needs to be adjusted in the charts of computer that will help solve the disapperaing act? Thanks
