I haven't seen this question asked. I have my original 'source' instance of Sierra running Teton with Denali. I have a separate instance of Sierra running a Rithmic feed for a Topstep Combine challenge. My original 'source' Sierra is the one running Teton with Dinali. Do I have to open the 'original source - Denali' instance of Sierra first, then the Rithmic instance second? I ask this because when I closed everything down, Sierra platform not running at all, and clicked on the desktop icon to launch the Sierra with Rithmic, nothing connected and I got error messages. And this Sierra with Rithmic instance opened on the monitor I typically use for Sierra with Teton - Denali - not what I wanted. But when I then shut everything down and launched from the original Sierra with Teton - Denali first, then launched the Sierra with Ritmic second, everything worked properly. So, is there a specific procedure needed to open Sierra when running separate instances with different data feeds? If I want to just run the Sierra with Rithmic, as a single instance, is that possible? |

The order in which you start the installations should not matter. If you are seeing an oddity with where the windows open, then this would be related to the operating system, and not specifically a Sierra Chart issue. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
