Intraday stock data not working

Hi, I am paying for Denali Exchange Data Feed and with Futures i can see the "M" next to the ticker but with stocks I see a "C-D" next to ticker and can not load more than one candle of data unless i use hysteric but will not give me intra day. Attached a chart image and my chart data settings. It will not let me change "date range" keep going back to today and the "Number of days to load" does not seem to be working. thanks |

You need to update Sierra Chart to the current version for support for US equities data: Software Download: Fast Update After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
