Hello, I have configured an entry and an exit with the studio volume at price threshold alert V2 and I have configured an entry order and an exit order based on this study. The problem is that sometimes the imbalance disappears and other times it remains fixed at each candle, my entry is successful when it recognizes the imbalance that remains fixed, although I don't know if the study is capable of differentiating the fixed imbalance from the one that disappears, do you know if there is any way to configure an entry through a spreadsheet that recognizes the imbalance when it remains marked in the graph and it does not disappear? Thanks in advance |

To accomplish what you want requires that you only will take a trade signal, from a study once the bar has closed. Are you using the Spreadsheet System for Trading study? Hello, I would like to know as much as possible if I update the configurations in bar close, will it affect the operation in real time? Another question is that to do an exhaustive backtest on the imbalances do I need to activate signal on Bar close commons LNZ? or km? or both? I have read the documentation and I have not understood very well which of these options it is necessary to activate, it is possible to say that I have the formulas in the AK and KL cell, will this work if I have the formulas further away from the spreadsheed study input? You would need to set the "Signal Only On Bar Close" for whichever columns you are using to generate trade signals. If you are only using this for a Long Entry, for instance, then you would only need to set the option for the "Signal Only on Bar Close (Columns K, M)" since only column K is generating signals for trading. This has no impact on how you are generating your formulas.
