Hello My Sierra chart has still failed to open trading charts. It returns the following error message "The Chartbook file is not compatible. Contact Sierra Chart support for help with converting it. File: C:\SierraChart\Backups\12.PROFOOTPRINTCHARTBOOKupdatedDec2022-220105-130456.Cht | 2023-07-17 05:12:04.347 *"Other files seem to be working but it is this specific file which I really need. My AC number is AC132092 Please look into this matter and advise accordingly Thanks Richard |
