What Service Package am i supposed to get here?

I have run out of Trial time and i am looking for the correct Service Package. Please dont send a link to a support page i have looked and i dont get what it all means, the Only thing i need is: 1. Real time data for futures mes, mnq etc 2. The DOM and Tape to work + Cvd and Numbers bars.
