Dom not showing quantity

Hi
I ve rithmic data ,everything is working fine .but in dom I can't see limit orders and bid ask staking pulling. I can see the recent bid ask on dom and market historical depth graph on chart .what ll be the solution to get dom limit order and bid ask pulling and staking in dom?

Although I understand Sierra's policy on Rithmic Market Data, I would still like to add to this. DOM not showing in my account either, although it does show with the same Rithmic account on Ninjatrader (with free license key from the prop firm). Would be thankful if you could have a look into the matter and confirm whether the issue is on Rithmic's side.

The only item that would affect the display of the Market Depth data from Rithmic is the following setting:
Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

If you select "File >> Market Depth Window" and are not seeing the levels of data you expect, then you need to ask Rithmic about this.

Keep in mind, the connectivity they use for NinjaTrader is not the same as they use for Sierra Chart.
